Resolving Disputes
You and We agree that the United States District Court for the Eastern
District of Missouri and/or the state circuit courts having jurisdiction
over Saint Louis County, Missouri shall have exclusive jurisdiction
over any dispute between you and We relating in any way to Our products
or this Web site or these Terms of Use. You and We expressly and
irrevocably consent to personal jurisdiction and venue in these
courts.
Void Where Prohibited
Our Web site originates in and is controlled and operated by RadTech
from its offices within the United States. Although this Web site
is accessible worldwide, this Web site may not be appropriate or
available for use elsewhere, and access to the Web site from locations
where its contents are illegal is not authorized.
